Truck Fleet Management Courses
We have put together this Intensive five-day (5) course to sensitise corporate logistic organisations, truck financiers, truck fleet owners and haulage managers towards developing a Fleet Management System that ensures trucks operate efficiently and economically. The course is designed to help participants to better handle the challenges of modern haulage operations.

The Haulage industry in Africa is in its high growth stage. This has been brought about largely by globalisation, the increased rate of economic activities and the underdevelopment of the other forms of transportation.

It is however unfortunate that such a vibrant industry is mostly run by operators with little or no knowledge of time and cost management. As a result of this, the industry is characterized by gross inefficiency, high operating costs, delayed deliveries and poor Turn around Time (TAT). 

However, the general orientation to Haulage operations in Africa is fast changing, as the industry tries to conform itself with the contemporary business practices. 

A recent survey revealed that an increasing number of service users are patronising service providers that have proven to be cost and time conscious.

The Intensive Training course shall run for four (4) consecutive Days and would particularly focus on;

TRUCK MANAGEMENT
TRUCK FINANCING

While on the fifth Day participants will have the opportunity of visiting a

TRUCK MANUFACTURER / TRUCK BACK BUILDER
