FleetCUBE has developed a computer based, skills evaluation programme called STARFISH for staff evaluation in terms of fleet selling skills. It has been based on Business School management concepts. We have used this programme very effectively in the past in respect of staff recruitment, current assessment of selling skills and post course assessment.
