Trainer Salary plus commission
This is a permanent skilled position at FleetCUBE situated in Linden Johannesburg
In today’s economic climate fleet costs keep increasing. Well trained fleet managers play a very important role in a company. We need someone to help train people in those positions.
Do you know the fleet management industry? Do you know the motor industry? Are you good at working with people? Do you have the ability to teach? Are you self motivated? Do you want to travel? Do you have great personality and presentation skills?

Key Roles:
Conduct training needs analysis with fleet owners
Be actively involved in fleet management services
Work closely with the marketing team to identify clients requiring training
Coordinate and arrange training courses
Develop training course and material
Perform pre and post training evaluations with the company’s online system
Prepare training material, schedule training and coordinate all training requirements
Develop and maintain the Alumni.
Develop the online training programmes during 2009
The ideal candidate should have the following knowledge and experience:
Recognised training qualification
Atleast 3 years training experience
Ability to conduct training for a diverse audience
Strong presentation skills
Strong communication skills
Strong client and customer relationship skills
Computer literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Sound knowledge of the fleet/motor industry
Attributes:
Own transport essential
Willingness to travel around the country and to Botswana
Experience in developing high quality training material
Highly motivated, driven and excellent time management

A unique sales opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated individual in our new dynamic specialised fleet company. The successful candidate will take control of corporate sales of passenger, light commercial and heavy commercial vehicles to local businesses and fleet customers.
Daily tasks will consist of:
Assisting fleet customers in selecting the vehicle that is right for their needs.
Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Keeping abreast of new products, features and accessories available, and translating their benefits to customers
Referring closed deals to the company along with properly completed paperwork
Maintaining a buyer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Advising fleet owners on their overall fleet management operations.
The ideal candidate should possess the following abilities and characteristics:
strong organisational skills
highly computer literate
good numeracy skills pertaining to financial management
think logically and analytically
flexible and able to make decisions quickly
strong communication skills
work independently
uncompromisable integrity
Candidates should have relevant experience in fleet sales. The minimum level of education that will be considered is Matric. Preference will be given to individuals with exposure to tertiary education.
The salary is negotiable and will be based on sales volumes. Position based in Nelspruit
