A unique sales opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated individual in our new dynamic specialised fleet company. The successful candidate will take control of corporate sales of passenger, light commercial and heavy commercial vehicles to local businesses and fleet customers.
Daily tasks will consist of:
Assisting fleet customers in selecting the vehicle that is right for their needs.
Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Keeping abreast of new products, features and accessories available, and translating their benefits to customers
Referring closed deals to the company along with properly completed paperwork
Maintaining a buyer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Advising fleet owners on their overall fleet management operations.
The ideal candidate should possess the following abilities and characteristics:

uncompromisable integrity
Candidates should have relevant experience in fleet sales. The minimum level of education that will be considered is Matric. Preference will be given to individuals with exposure to tertiary education.
The salary is negotiable and will be based on sales volumes. Position based in Nelspruit

We are now in dire need of a Fleet Administrator who's daily tasks will include the following:
Fleet Vehicle Insurance: Auditing external insurance admin computer programme wrt accuracy/completeness of information/compliance to policies. Following up on any outstanding information/update on claims with the External Insurance Brokers and drivers of the vehicles. Assisting company vehicle drivers in explaining company processes and policies wrt Insurance. Liaising with External Insurance brokers/Panelbeaters/Drivers wrt any queries/problems arising from company vehicle accident/incident. Compiling monthly Insurance Statistics/Reports Deregistration process on written off/stolen vehicles Arranging clearance from police and roadworthiness on recovered vehicles. Monthly Driver Excess control of Schedule and journals. Monthly Insurance Reconciliations and journals. Canceling and ordering of fuel cards. Inspecting vehicle condition when necessary. Following up on bad condition of vehicles marked for sale - making sure that responsible driver/division be held accountable for getting vehicle back into good resalable condition.
Other: Authorization of vehicle services and repairs that fall outside of normal factory service specifications by liaising with divisional managers and external maintenance company. Investigating and reporting on maintenance exceptions and driver negligence. Dealing with drivers wrt policies and procedures on vehicle services and repairs.
Specifications: Must be able to deal with: 1000 vehicles. Deadline Pressure External and internal clients Huge amounts of data on insurance reports
Must have knowledge of: Vehicle mechanics (general knowledge) Accounting for reconciliation and reporting. Vehicle Insurance processes
