There usually is an internal problem when it comes to aligning fleet management operations with the overall company’s business and its vehicle requirements. We will look at your individual problems, analyse the situation and develop operating policies in order to reach congruity. The various analytical fleet management checklists and templates will be used during these sessions.

Fleet management policies.

Many fleets do not have effective fleet management policy documentation. There seldom is a driver’s Hand Book that contains the necessary extracts from the main policy document. The policy document is often, more of an HR document, than a fleet management policy. There is a need to control all aspects of vehicle operations AND drivers. During this module we will assist you to develop a fully fledged policy for your fleet operations and your drivers. A full policy document template will be provided for this inter-active training session.
